Delivery schedule

Deliveries will be made between 12noon to 7pm Mondays – Fridays (excluding public holidays).
You can fill in the special delivery arrangement in the remarks column of the confirmation order and we will try our best to coordinate.
After payment is completed, we will contact you for delivery arrangement.

Additional Notice

  • We will contact you to confirm and arrange the delivery within 24 hours upon receiving your order(s). Calls will be made between 12noon – 7pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
  • In case a product is out of stock, we will inform you. You can choose to replace the item with another product of the same value, wait for the new stocks or request for a refund.
  • We will contact you before the arrival of the purchased goods to ensure that someone will be present to receive the goods. We will cancel the delivery if we are unable to contact you. You are requested to ensure that someone will receive the delivery at the appointed time.
  • Goods will normally be delivered within 5 working days. Deliveries on specially- requested dates or time may take longer to arrange. Depending on the transport conditions, the delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 working days. Customers cannot cancel their orders and request for a refund because of the delivery time.
  • Cut-off time for placing orders: 4pm on weekdays
  • Delivery time frames are allocated between 12noon – 7pm (Mondays – Fridays, excluding public holidays)
  • Our decisions on the interpretations of all the terms and conditions stated above are final.
